Do I have to become a member?
Not at all. Becoming a member has the benefit of allowing future shopping to be more easily facilitated, receiving product updates and more. You can always choose to "Proceed Without Registering" during the checkout process.

What happens if I can't remember my password?
During the login process you will be given the option to retrieve your password. You will receive an immediate e-mail response to the address you registered with that includes your password.

Do I have to order online?

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we ONLY accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. This also means we do NOT accept cash, money orders or personal checks. If and when we do accept any new methods of payment, we will notify our users.

What are my shipping options and how much is shipping?
Vert uses UPS two-day insured air for delivery of all items. The standard shipping charge for each shipment is a flat $25.00, which includes insurance. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

What if my package arrives damaged?
Vert insures all items with UPS against damage in shipping. If UPS attempts to deliver a package that is damaged in any visible way, it should be rejected and not signed for. We will check for damage and re-send it the same day we get it back.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the nature of certain handcrafted merchandise in this web site, shipping times may vary according to designer. An order usually takes 2-4 days for delivery. Please e-mail us at customercare@vertjewelry.com before ordering if you have a timing concern about a specific item.

Is there a Vert Guarantee?
Vert stands by the quality and craftsmanship of its jewelry. Should your jewelry need repair, Vert will happily repair your jewelry free of charge for up to one year. Please contact a customer care associate.

What is your return policy?
Vert stands behind the quality of our products. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving Vert, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below:
Vert will gladly accept returns and exchanges of any undamaged merchandise within thirty (30) days of your receiving your package. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please e-mail customercare@vertjewelry.com within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise to obtain a return authorization number. See and follow instructions on invoice. All refunds are credited to the original payment method, less the $25 shipping and handling charges, after Vert receives the returned item.
The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and the return must be addressed to:

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax of 8.375% on both goods and shipping charges on orders shipped to addresses in New York State.

Can I request that a package be gift-wrapped?
All Vert items arrive in our signature packaging. Vert jewelry is first placed in a green suede jewelry pouch; the pouch is then packed in a beautiful gift box, which is then safely packed in a UPS box. If customer specifies, Vert will include a gift card with customer's message and/or gift receipt.

What is a gift receipt?
A Gift receipt shows the item, but not the price, so the recipient will not know the price of the gift. The gift receipt can be used for exchanges.

Can the person receiving the gift use the gift receipt for a refund?
If the recipient returns the jewelry, you will receive the refund on your credit card.

What if I don't see an item I'm looking for?
If you don't see an item that you know exists from one of our designers, e-mail customercare@vertjewelry.com with the details and we'll be happy to try and order it for you.

Can I have an item modified to my liking?
Vert will gladly accommodate any jewelry alterations within our ability including changing something on the piece of jewelry, such as change post earrings into clips or make chain longer or change gold to platinum. Please e-mail customercare@vertjewelry.com with your custom request. Please note that custom modifications will render the item non-refundable and non-returnable.
